And, yes, drinking moderate amounts of coffee can be healthy. But, overconsumption can lead you to stress and anxiety.


Most people drink coffee because they are dependent on it. Without it, they can't wake up in the morning, they can't focus, they can't work or study, and they can't function as 'normal' human beings. This is called addiction! And people who have this addiction often have problems with stress and anxiety. So, don't wait for this to happen to you, too - learn to be resilient to your cravings.

7. Spend Some Quality Time Outside
